Join us for a day of genuine, tradition-filled activities in the world’s oldest designated wine area, the Douro Valley.

We will leave the highway to explore the back roads, surrounded by millions of terraces that grow the lush vineyards that make the outstanding Port Wine and Douro Wines.
We will unwind with a lovely cocktail of regional flavors and enjoy a boat ride down the Douro River, whetting our hunger for a Wine Lunch in a unique location, surrounded by famous and award-winning wines from one of the world’s most significant wine regions.
We will next walk through the streets of typical Douro villages, learning about their traditions and people while sampling regional and seasonal items and locally made wines.

Our first visit will be to the Douro Wine Region in Favaios, which is regarded as one of Portugal's jewels and the region's gems of authenticity. During our excursion, we will learn more about the history and customs of this typical Douro community, known as the "land of bread and wine" due to its traditional bakeries and famed Moscatel wine. Admission is free for 15 minutes.
Following exploring this charming community, we will pay a visit to the element that connects these people's lives and work: the Adega Cooperativa. You will be able to try one of the most renowned and characteristic Portuguese muscatels, the Moscatel of Favaios, and learn about the collaboration between the producers and the Adega Cooperativa. 45 minutes in length & Ticket to Admission Included.
Still immersed in the authentic Douro circuit, we will learn about the traditions of a wine-producing family in the heart of the Douro valley at a local producing "Quinta" where the grandeur of the 18th-century manor house is only the beginning tonic. 1 hour 30 minutes & Admission ticket included.
We will digest this wonderful Wine Lunch while sailing through the waters of this iconic river on a relaxing boat ride that will take you from the banks painted with vineyards to the schist cliffs, from shades of green to shades of scarlet, always surrounded by the landscapes of this unique World Heritage Site. 1-hour duration & Admission ticket included.
We will enjoy the lovely tiles depicting vineyard labor and surrounding views. 15-minute duration Free Admission Ticket we're about to go on a ride down the historic N222 road, often regarded as the greatest panoramic route in the world, that will take us to the next stage of our exclusive Douro Valley adventure.
